GENERAL RULES

PROLOGUE: A campsite intended for people who want to relax in peace and quiet.peninsula at drawa lake. 

It is forbidden to use loudspeakers, BOOMBOX, JBL etc. as a basis for partying. Our campsite is an oasis of peace and relaxation. If you are looking for a place where you and your "crew" want to have fun, scream and listen to loud music - then NOT HERE!

Each of guestsThe campsite is obliged to comply with its regulations.

Parties for the entire campsite are not allowed. This is strictly prohibited. You can listen to music and have cultural fun within your parking space -however, provided that you do not disturb others.

"I am asking for culture so that everyone feels comfortable here and has a nice holiday. This is a place of relaxation and addressed to cultured people who respect this place, its employees and other guests and other people's property. We care about the wonderful atmosphere of this place.

1.    We follow the rules of common sense, we do not disturb others and others will not disturb us. 3.    In the bathrooms, everyone cleans up after themselves, leaving the place clean and tidy for other users. Respect the conditions the Sheriff has created for everyone's comfort. Use a mop to leave bathrooms clean for subsequent guests. Our team also cleans regularly, but it will be nice if you also think about others.

4.    We don't take anything out of the reception or bar. The things that are there must stay there.

​

4a. Do not move benches or other camping items. These things are placed in specific places so that everyone can use them according to their intended purpose.

​

4b. The ALLIN PLUS package is assigned to a given person and you can it can only be used by a specific person in within bar. We do not take alcohol outside the bar and do not offer it to others. We don't spend too several drinks at once - not at all, you will drink from 3 glasses.

In the case of free attractions, such as a kayak or using the jacuzzi: if a member of your family or friend wants to use the same attraction with you and does not havepackage ALLIN plus, must pay for service regular price.

That's why we suggest purchasing packages for the whole family.

 

5.    If something is not working properly, you see a fault or a threat, report it immediately to the reception. The sooner we remove it, the better for everyone, even if you have a doorknob left in your hand, no one will blame you for it if you report it. Let's just cooperate!

 

6.    Everyone receives a key to the house. Keep an eye on it because losing the key costs PLN 50.

 

7.    Bicycles are issued to customers at the reception. You must report your willingness to rent a bike and enter the rental book.

 

8.    Take care of the rented equipment. Damage to the equipment is assigned to the lessor if it is your fault or your fault. negligence.

 

9.    We collect your garbage once a day. You don't have to take them anywhere. We don't throw garbage on the grass. Let's use the garbage cans placed at the campsite.

10.    If your holding tank is full, ask the staff to empty the container. This service is our standard. We will wash and return the clean cassette to you, you don't have to worry about it.

​

11.    Camper Camping is not responsible for items left on site. parking  kampere / trailer / tent etc. Take care of your place and your "property".

​

12.    You can use the deckchairs on the beach or take them to the lake shore, but after you have finished relaxing, we take them back to the beach.

​

13.    It is forbidden to take pillows of placesscenic spots and bringing them to the bonfire. Holes may be burned and then you will he had to pay for them in accordance with point 34.1 and next.

​

14.    Use of the jacuzzi must be booked for a specific time.Be sure to take a warm shower and wash yourself with soap before using it. If you don't wash yourself, we will have to replace the water and you will feel bad if you leave a sheepskin coat with foam on the water. The cost of replacing the water is PLN 500.

 

DO NOT USE THE JACUZZI IF YOU ARE DOUBTED ABOUT THE WATER CONDITION. REPORT THIS IMMEDIATELY TO THE RECEPTION.

 

15.    The staff is always there to help. It's better to ask twice than to straighten out unpleasant situations. 

 

16.    We pay for the stay, purchased attractions and any other fees in reception in advance.

17.    The pub is open from 8:00 p.m. to midnight and the reception is open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and you can check in at the campsite during these hours. If you want to arrive at other times, please arrange this in advance with the reception.

​

18.     There is no official swimming area at the facility, no lifeguard, no official beach. Entering the lake at your own risk. Adult supervision is required for children approaching the lake shore. Camper Camping is not responsible for people bathing in the lake.

 

19.    Leave the bathrooms and kitchen clean. Cultured people don't bother cleaning up after themselves.

 

20.     In the clearing there are holes dug by moles, voles and other animals. We try to bury them regularly, but unfortunately the rascals can be faster than the Sheriff and his crew. Be careful not to twist your leg while walking around our clearing. We are not responsible for any possible injuries.

 

21.     Camper Camping is not responsible for items left unattended.Moreover, it is forbidden to leave children without adult supervision. You are responsible forresponsibility for your children and what they do at the campsite. The service is not there to keep an eye on your children.

22.    Accompanying persons who are not registered at the campsite and come to visit you pay according to the price list.

​

23.    Parking for cars is charged PLN 20 once when parked for more than 1 hour. You can rest assured, it is under our supervision but we are not responsible.responsibility for cars.

• 23.1 If you fail to payparking fee and you do not put your parking card in the car window, a wheel lock will be placed and will be removed only after paying a penalty fee of PLN 200. The blockade is established pursuant to Article 461 of the Civil Code.

24. Do not dispose of gray water in lots or camping areas. There is a special place for dumping gray water.

​

25. Children are prohibited from entering the piers without adult supervision. The lake shore is steep and the depth reaches 15 meters at the end of the piers.

27.It is strictly forbidden to enter the piers after dark! We are very pleased that you like our illuminated piers, but using them after dark is dangerous. Camper Camping is not responsible for loss of life or health as a result of irresponsible behavior of camping participants.

28. Camper Camping is not responsible for the actions of third parties at the campsite.

 

28a. Each participant camping he is responsible for his actions individually. Camper Camping is not responsible for loss of health or life in particular in case of improper use of items provided at the campsite, in particular refers to playgrounds, etc. devices.

28b. Children's use of devices shared on camping only under adult supervision. 

 

28c. Please report to the staff any situation that may lead to an accident. Do you see anything dangerous? Immediately report it to the reception.

28d. Using equipment at the campsite is only permitted for its intended purpose. Extreme sports are not allowed on the playground, jacuzzi, etc. Use these things responsibly.

​

29. Please use gas heating, mainly for safety reasons. Energy safeguards are not suitable for electric heating and other receiversElectrical appliances such as cookers and similar with a consumption exceeding 1.5 KW. Use gas stoves and heating systems.

​

30. All animals must be under the owner's control. Dogs must be on a leash and with muzzles. We clean up after our pets.

​

31. Camping still is developing, therefore it is strictly prohibited to enter restricted zones, marked with red warning tape, where renovation and construction works are underway.

​

32. The entire campsite is covered in silence. Forbidsnoise, usespeakers so as to disturb others.

​

33. paymentMotorboat rental is only possible in cash.

​

34. A deposit of PLN 500 is required for renting houses. We return it when the houses are clean and not damaged.

​

• 34.2 If the item cannot be found for redemption at the time of damage, it is collectedguarantee deposit of PLN 2,000  (maybe this to be block on card) and in deadline 14 days, Camping (or the customer) will find the cheapest possible the item (not of worse quality than the damaged one) will purchase it and show it for inspection bill and the campsite will refund the difference from the collected guarantee deposit (or blocked funds on the card)

• 34.3 If the customer does not cooperate in trying to solve the problem and pay for the damaged property, the campsite reserves the right to retain the person's property until it is resolved and fair payment for the damage is made in accordance with Art. 461 CC.

​

• 34.4 If the damage caused makes it impossible to further rent the cottage, the campsite charges a fee in accordance with point 34.2 and adds a fee for each day of inability to rent the cottage according to the price list.

​

• 34.5 If it is necessary to repair the damage, a service fee of PLN 50 / working hour will be added, according to the actual working time of the campsite employee or according to the invoice of the external company providing the service.

​

35. Children using the playground should be under adult supervision. Camper Camping is not responsible for any injuries caused by improper use of the playground by children or leaving them without the care or supervision of an adult.

RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY:

​

Please make your reservations carefully due to:

​

1. Refunds of prepaid deposits are not possible in case of cancellation after the "Guaranteed Refund" period. The deposit is therefore non-refundable regardless of the reason for your cancellation. Why? Because your reservation blocks other people from making a reservation. The number of places is limited.

​

2. In the event of early cancellation (also during the stay), regardless of the reason, we do not refund amounts for unused days of stay. Why? Because Your reservation blocks other people from making reservations and the number of places is limited.

DEPOSITS AND ADDITIONAL FEES:

​

1. At checking in go to the cottages stays downloaded cash deposit / deposit on the card in height PLN 500. The deposit remains returned after checking out from the cottage without any damage.

2. To the price rental the house may be added cleaning fee PLN 250 if the house requires it. Don't you want to pay it? clean up after each other and ask about vacuum cleaner at the reception. If they will come upholstery cleaning costs, we do not refund the deposit.

3. In the event of parking a vehicle without a parking card on the Camper Camping premises (also in front of the entrance gate) a penalty fee of PLN 100 is charged.

​

4. BOOKING A HOUSE ONLY FOR 1 DAY WE ADDITION PLN 250 per feecleaning and changing bed linen. With a longer onewill rent there is no fee.

​

JACUZZI AT YOUR HOUSE:

Water getting dirty and having to replace it costs PLN 500. To avoid this, wash yourself thoroughly before each use. A jacuzzi is not a bathtub for washing. The water should be clear and not foaming. If the water level is questionable, do not use the jacuzzi and report it immediately.reception.
