RESERVATION REGULATIONS:
Make a reservation as needed. If it is not possible to purchase certain services online, do not worry - you can pay extra for them on site. The most important thing is the basic reservation of a place for you and your camper, tent or trailer.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED OFFER:
When checking in at the campsite, you can cancel your stay on the day of arrival (if our offer does not match reality) and we will refund you 100% of your payment. The condition is that you leave the campsite by midnight on the same day.
Please make your reservations carefully due to:
1. Refunds for online bookings are not possible.
The deposit is non-refundable regardless of your reason for cancellation. Why? Because your reservation blocks other people from making a reservation. The number of places is limited according to the campsite spatial plan.
2. In the event of early cancellation (also during the stay), regardless of the reason, we do not refund amounts for unused days of stay. Why? Because your reservation blocks other people from making a reservation and the number of places is limited.
DEPOSITS AND ADDITIONAL FEES:
1. Upon check-in to the cottages, a deposit in cash / card deposit of PLN 500 is collected. The deposit will be refunded after check-out from the cottage without any damage.
2. A cleaning fee of PLN 100 may be added to the house rental price if the house is very dirty. You don't want to pay it? Please clean up after yourself and ask for a vacuum cleaner at the reception. If there are additional upholstery cleaning costs, we will not refund the deposit.
3. A jacuzzi is not a bathtub for washing. Only use it after a full shower. If you dirty the water (through oils, balms and other cosmetics and the jacuzzi starts to foam, the water is dirty or you clog the filter), you will be charged PLN 500.
4. If you rent a house for 1 day, a cleaning and bedding fee of PLN 250 will be added.
