If you come to the campsite, look at it and it turns out that our offer is not true,on the day of check-in, you can do so without giving a reasoncancel your stay and we will refund you 100% of your payment.

Why ?

I always try to meet customers' expectations and, as the creator of this place, I care about the good atmosphere at the campsite and the people staying there. I also know that not everyone can be satisfied, so this is an offer for the satisfaction of all parties. You can rest better when everyone around you is happy and no one walks around with a bloated faceanother.

I also know how important a well-spent holiday or time off is time. I don't like to compromise, so if you don't like something or it doesn't meet your expectations,(please ask the staff about everything first, read the regulations - that's why we're here to help you) you can ask for a refund and leave the campsite on the day of arrival. I respect your time and understand how important it is to spend your holiday in a nice place that meets our expectations.

 

In case of cancellation, please leave the campsite no later than midnight on the same day. We will be happy to show you other campsites in the area so that you do not have to search and which ones may meet your expectations.

Refunds are made to the payment card used to make the reservation or in cash if you arrived without a reservation and paid for your stay in cash. The refund time depends on the bank and may take up to 24 hours.
